Very, very cool to see some MAK artwork from Japan here, damn nice work! I see you visited one of my collaborators :iconnidaram:, who's work is really awesome stuff. Considering the hard sci-fi military vibe MAK has I have a feeling you might really dig our work on my studio's original Theos Ke Polemos project :) Happy to drop a watch here and best!
Shanks for the fav... again. :P
awesome gallery !!! +watch !
thanks very much for that!
I stumbled upon your deviations recently and just had to commend you for your excellent artwork.

I am a huge fan of Maschinen Krieger and was thrilled to see your take on the models. Your art really captures the appeal of the universe: hard tech and bulky armored exo-suits, vehicles and space craft in a futuristic yet simultaneously reminiscent take on World War II.

Once again, a superb collection. I look forward to admiring future works of yours, either Maschinen Krieger related or on other subjects.
thanks very much for the positive feedback, very happy that you like my efforts so far. Sorry for the delay, have been busy working away on some of the real life plastic Maschinen Krieger for a local competition and online show here in Japan for the end of May. Your inference on the genre is very accurate, hard tech and bulky equipment of the future but with a "reminiscent take on World War II." I just happen to have the good fortune to have met and be good friends with the artist whom created it, Mr. Kow Yokoyama and we talk about it a great deal so I guess in some ways I have as good a take on his thoughts about it. He's very much a fan of the old style's of the West and enjoys blending them into what he would like to see in SF.

Really want to get back to something in 2D and will try for this week but also need to get some of the plastic up and running too.

Thanks again, hope to keep in touch with other Maschinen fans. ^^
